October isn’t even here yet, and already the campaigns have started.
Pink ribbons. Fear-based slogans. Mammograms.
But have you ever stopped to ask:
Why is it called Breast Cancer Awareness Month — and not Breast Care Awareness Month?
Why does the focus center around disease rather than health?
Why do these campaigns emphasize fear instead of empowerment?
What would happen if we shifted the language — and the energy — to honoring our breasts instead of fearing them?
🌸 Breasts are not ticking time bombs. They are life-giving, heart-centered organs.
🌸 Breasts feed the world. They deserve reverence, not reduction to pathology.
🌸 Your body is not your enemy. It is a messenger.
This October, I invite you to take a different path.
Learn about the emotional and relational roots of breast conditions through German New Medicine — especially the link between the breasts and unresolved heartbreak, over-nurturing, or toxic dynamics.
Let’s ask deeper questions:
Why are breasts the most targeted organ in women’s health campaigns?
Why is the dominant narrative one of surveillance, not sovereignty?
Instead of early detection as the only solution, let’s explore early connection — to our bodies, emotions, and cycles.
✨ Your breasts are sacred. Let’s return to breast care, not breast scare.
With much love,
Deby
