When can I receive bodywork. Which service is right for me?
To make this simple and supportive, we created a dedicated New Mom Care experience.
This offering is divided into 3 guided sessions, designed to support your body’s recovery step-by-step after birth.

What if I only want to experience one session?
While our New Mom Care is designed as a 3-session journey, you are always welcome to book a single service if that feels right for you.
Here are the individual experiences you can choose from:
