This class centers on gentle movement of the pelvic floor, helping bring blood, oxygen, and warmth to the womb space. It supports hormonal balance, emotional clearing, and deep regulation of the nervous system. Whether you're healing from painful menstrual cramps, conceiving, postpartum, or in menopause, this practice meets you where you are. It’s a soft, steady return to your center. Includes: Pelvic floor-centered movement Breathwork & meditation Womb connection & intention setting All levels are welcome. Not recommended during pregnancy and the first few days of the menstrual cycle.
