Cancellation Policy

Life is full of surprises so if you need to cancel your appointment, change your treatment or reschedule the time, Flor da Vida must be notified at least 48 hours prior to your treatment by phone call/text (973) 352 7990. Failure to do so will mean you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount. We do not accept cancellations via any social media.
