This restorative ceremony begins with a gentle check-in, creating space to pause, speak what’s present, and shape the session around what your body and spirit are asking for. From there, you’ll settle onto a comfortable treatment table and be guided through a breathwork journey that uses rhythmic breathing, intuitive pacing, and somatic awareness to release tension, clear emotional heaviness, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm. As your breath deepens, the body softens—inviting spaciousness, clarity, and a sense of grounding from the inside out. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow your breath to move freely. Light essential oils may be offered to support relaxation and sensory presence. If you are sensitive to scents, your practitioner will gladly tailor the experience so it feels safe and supportive.
