We gather to open our hearts and share our voices & stories with one another, without judgment or advice.  

We hold space, rooted in presence and kindness, for one another. 

In these intimate circles, you can expect to be lovingly guided through light breathwork, intuitive movement, self-reflection journaling, heart-opening conversations and the likes.
