Taking Back Your Fourth Trimester with Baby Care Basics Workshop

Pregnant mamas and your partner/support person are invited!

We will spend the morning and afternoon learning how to first care for yourself in your early postpartum, then how to care for baby. We believe you deserve the confidence to not just know how to care for your new baby, but how to care for your new self too.

The workshop will occur in three parts:

1. Taking Back Your Fourth Trimester: We will cover everything that happens to your postpartum body from the moment your baby is born until one week after birth. Whether you plan to have your baby at home, in a birth center or at the hospital, this class is universally relevant.

2. Baby Care Basics: We will cover registry must-haves, safety items, medicine cabinet stocking, basic care items, the “firsts,” newborn 101 and much more in between. Followed by hands-on basics of the first baths, baby wearing, diaper…
