Welcome to Restorative Yoga for Menstrual Cycle: Flowing with Your Hormones in Motion, a gentle movement and hormonal educational series that aligns with the new and full moons
This offering is for women of all ages who want to learn how to maintain healthy hormones through nutrition and lifestyle habits.
From PCOS, thyroid disorders, PMS and infertility to hormonal acne, menstrual irregularity and unexplained weight gain, understanding our hormones empowers us to take control of our overall health and wellness.
Camille will guide participants through calming breathing exercises, gentle restorative yoga to connect to your body, guided meditation for body positivity and you will learn nutrition and lifestyle tips to keep your hormones balanced.
Participants can expect to feel calm, relaxed, and have a clear understanding on how to maintain healthy hormones.
Practitioner Bio
Camille is a Holistic Health Coach, 200RYT Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and Pastry Chef. She received her 200RYT in 2018 then earned her Mindfulness Meditation at Kripalu in 2019. She then earned her Integrate Nutrition Health Coach Certification at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelors in Baking & Pastry Arts and Business Administration. Camille began her yoga & meditation practice 15 years ago when she was dealing with chronic panic attacks. She found that through mindfulness practices she was able to feel like herself again. She is now inspired to guide clients through a relaxing and peaceful practice and leave them with tools to help manage stress and anxiety.
