Welcome to Prenatal Yoga: Motherhood in Motion, a comprehensive 5-week series designed to support and empower you through each stage of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
Our program uniquely combines prenatal vinyasa flow for safe strengthening, restorative yoga for deep relaxation, meditation for mental clarity, and light breathwork for emotional balance.
Each week, we explore practices tailored to your body's changing needs, helping you stay comfortable, confident, and connected as your baby grows.
Beyond physical postures, this series is an immersive experience that provides insights into each trimester, labor expectations, and postnatal recovery.
You’ll join a community of support, sharing knowledge and experiences, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the transformative journey into motherhood.
Whether you're new to yoga or adapting your existing practice for pregnancy, our series offers a nurturing environment to enhance your wellbeing, reduce stress, and build a foundation of strength and positivity that will guide you from pregnancy through to motherhood.
This is open to all from pre-conception to those currently pregnant.
There will also be a private chat for this group to connect in-between the live sessions.

The program begins Aug 17 and will skip Labor Day weekend.
Sessions are 90 mins, from 11am to 12:30pm.

Practitioner Bio
Hello! I'm Liz, a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice and a commitment to guiding others since 2016. My yoga journey began with a transformative training at Jaipure Yoga Studio in Montclair, NJ, and was further deepened with a second training in Costa Rica with BecomeAYogi in 2022. Along the way, I've enriched my expertise with specialized training in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Prenatal Yoga. I view yoga as a deeply personal path of empowerment and discovery, where my role is to support and enrich your journey. My classes are designed to be fun and engaging, featuring great music and a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each session is a unique and transformative experience. For me, teaching yoga is more than a profession—it is a fulfilling part of my life that allows me to connect deeply with others. Join me on your mat to explore your journey inward. Together, as we embrace life’s ups and downs, we’ll cultivate a space for personal and spiritual growth, finding peace and strength with every breath and movement.
