About the event
The purpose of this experience is to introduce to young girls how to nourish their body in a healthy and delicious way.
They will discover the benefits of selecting foods that will support their menstrual cycle. The ingredients are all organic.
Our chef Carol Tridico is a health coach certified by Integrative Nutrition Health.
