Motherhood Journey Workshop with Kathryn Parrish

A nourishing workshop to explore, support and honor your journey to and through motherhood.

In the sacred space of Flor Da Vida in Verona, NJ, let's gather and grow together in this shared yet unique experience.

If you feel that motherhood is overwhelming, all-encompassing and full of twists and turns, there is nothing wrong with you. This is all happening on purpose for your own self-transformation. Rather than "losing yourself in motherhood", we invite you to see it as finding out and remembering who you always were all along.

Together we will:

☼ Learn the Seasons of Matrescence® model to support us in navigating the inner-seasons to and through motherhood.

☼ Reflect on our journeys in motherhood: both the challenging and joyful parts and everything in between.

☼ Connect with each other in circle through listening and sharing (sharing is not required)

Please prepare:

A journal and pen

Come in anything comfortable and cozy

Please note:

There will be tea to sip and print outs for you to take home

Attendees will have first choice to sign up for a 6-session container

This workshop is for mothers in all seasons of motherhood

About Kathryn:

Kathryn has been working with and gathering women since a very young age. Her deep care for the well-being of mothers expanded with her pregnancy and birth during the pandemic where she felt a deep transformation occurring and wanted to learn more. She studied women's circle facilitation with Paula Mallis and Anoushka Florence, holistic health at IIN, earned a Seasons of Matrescence®certification with Nikki McCahon with the greatest teachings being from daily mothering her 3 year old (with a heavy dose of honesty and humor).

Kathryn held a one-day event for mothers in Los Angeles called Rain or Shine and continues to gather mothers in Los Angeles, New Jersey and virtually in Seasonal Sessions.
