Mommy & Me Series (9-12 months)

A sweet and supportive 4-week series designed for moms and babies ages 9–12 months.

Led by Emily Vaughn, Physical Therapist & Certified Doula, this class provides intentional time to bond with your baby while supporting important developmental milestones through movement, sensory play, music, and connection.

Each session includes age-appropriate activities to help babies build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence, while giving moms simple tools and guidance they can continue practicing at home.

What We Focus On:

* Sitting, rolling, and core development (6–7 months)

* Crawling, cruising, and transitional movement (8–9 months)
