About the event
A curated movement experience for mothers in the earliest chapter of motherhood. Designed for moms and babies, this circle invites you to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body while deepening your bond with your baby.
This series will bring Hawaiian and Indigenous traditions guided by Dr. Jill.
Each session offers a different lens from somatic movements to mindful connection.
