Manifest with the Moon: Sound Bath

In this monthly class, we Manifest with the Moon - setting intentions for ourselves based on what sign the Moon is in for the New Moon each month. We are creating space to support each other in expanding our consciousness and living out the visions we have for ourselves, our families and communities. A journal is used during the class, so please, bring your favorite one!

Donna guides through the breath, plays Tibetan singing bowls alongside guided meditations deepening the practice - blocking out all the noisy mind chatter, deepening the brain wave state & regulating the nervous system.

WHAT IS SOUND BATH?

Sound Bath Meditation is a powerful modality that harnesses sound waves and vibrations in harmonius frequencies to both regulate the central nervous system and expand consciousness through brain wave entrainment. Combining a deep, slow breathing technique with tranquil visualization along with sound bath, the meditation experience is peacefully immersive.

Sound therapy has been shown effective in so many studies. The intention is to create a state of harmony. Relaxation, a raised sense of wellness, increased awareness, and access to inner visionary experiences are the benefits.

• Blanket, pillow, a journal, and a pen.
