Through  hand-crafted vintage Legacy Cacao ceremony, deep breathwork, and guided Womb Hara Meditation, we will awaken and align our wombs, tapping into their profound wisdom and creative potential.

• Please note we have a no-shoe policy, so wear warm socks or slippers are welcomed! * Yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow and a pillow (optional)

• Light snacks and teas will be provided
