A curated movement experience for mothers in the earliest chapter of motherhood. Designed for moms and babies (pre- crawling stage), this circle invites you to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body while deepening your bond with your baby. Each session offers a different lens from yoga and somatic movement to pelvis restoration and mindful connection guided by guest facilitators in the healing arts. Dates: 1/08 - 1/15 - 1/29 - 2/5 Drop-in: $25 4-Class Pass: $80
