The Embodied Womb experience is a sensual descent into the temple of your womb through sisterhood, dance, embodiment & ritual.
Within your sacred body as a woman, you experience the full spectrum of reality; the darkness, the light, the chaos, the calm, the stillness, the wildness and every crevice in between. This is your magic and medicine, not your poison.
You will be guided by Gina through body based practices to bring awareness, healing, love and activation to your wombspace and get to know your 4 inner seasons intimately.
You will leave with a deeper awareness and devotion to the wisdom of your body as you embrace the multidimensionality of your womanhood.
Herbal tea and fruit will be provided.
If you are not menstruating for any reason, you are in menopause, pregnant, post-partum, etc, you are WELCOME to this series. You do not need to have a regular menstrual cycle…
