Sunday Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation is a connection with sound waves. Sound therapy has been shown effective in so many studies. The intention is to create a state of harmony. Relaxation, a raised sense of wellness, increased awareness, and access to inner visionary experiences are the benefits.
