It is based on the idea that through movement we remember and reconnect with our essence- which is wise, wild and free. In Qoya, there is a saying “there is no way you can do it wrong, and the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels good, right and true for you”. Friday, May 19th at 7:30-9:00 pm Please arrive at 7:15 to check in and set up Just bring some water and a journal if you wish, and wear comfortable clothing that you can dance, stretch and move in freely. RSVP is required as space is very limited
