These circles are a living, evolving space devoted to healing the parts of us that were restricted, unseen, or not fully loved. Rooted in inner-child connection and the harmonization of the inner feminine and masculine, each gathering unfolds in response to the field of the group — no two circles are the same. We listen for what is longing to be revealed and expressed.

Through guided reflection, somatic practices, breathwork, and healing touch, we access deeper layers of the nervous system and emotional body. This is not about fixing yourself, but learning how to be with what is — and, over time, restoring a sense of safety, connection, and wholeness within.
