MEET ME ON THE MAT
Come join Fitness Instructor, Melissa for a fun and full-body mat pilates workout this October!
The class will incorporate a blend of core stability and mat exercises to tighten and tone your abs, legs, glutes and more! A post stretch and a short meditation will be included to create greater focus and calm.
All levels welcome … Please bring a mat, water bottle and towel!
