Our intention is to create a safe, nurturing and judgment free space where new moms can have honest conversations & shares, and experience a guided Breathwork journey for holistic (physical, emotional, mental and energetic) support.
This is for YOU —— to reconnect, recharge and reset. We welcome the raw and real shares, as you navigate the challenges of motherhood and your evolving identity. This is also a space for you to be held in community, so you can feel less alone in this new chapter of your life.
