Deby is an amazing person inside and out. When I met her I sensed a peace from her that made me feel calm and welcome. I took her Delicious Birth class not really knowing what I was getting into but throughout it I experienced a level of emotional healing that I cannot even begin to describe. I needed that after the traumatic birth I had the first time. I wish I would have known Deby by then. She prepared me emotionally, mentally, and even physically for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She also helped me come to terms with many things that were making me fearful and angry, and changed my perspective to feel calm and empowered. I had an amazing birth experience thanks to all the time and work she poured unto me. Deby really listens to your needs and knows how to intuitively lead you.
